The Philosophy

No two Hashim
Safes are
the same.

Each piece is commissioned, not catalogued. We do not mass-produce. Every safe that leaves our workshop begins as a conversation, moves through a process of precise specification, and is built by hand to a single client's brief. The result carries no serial number from a production line. It carries yours.

Commission in progress · Atelier, Amman

The result is not just a safe. It is a personal archive, built to last generations.

The finished piece · Ready for delivery

What the client sees tells them we care. What they never see tells them how much. Every wire, every weld, every hidden component is finished to the same standard as the face of the safe itself, not because anyone will notice, but because we would.

The Commission Process

Six decisions.
One irreplaceable result.

Every bespoke commission is built around six defining choices. Each one shapes the piece. Together, they produce something that exists only once.

01 / 06
Step 01 of 06 Dimensions

Every safe is sized
precisely to your space.

Whether freestanding, wall-inset, or furniture-integrated, we engineer the form around the function. Door swing angle, clearance from walls, depth relative to the room. Nothing is left to chance.

Form follows your life, not a catalogue.

Step 02 of 06 Access & Control

Choose how you
interact with your safe.

An electronic keypad, a rotary combination lock, double-bitted lever keys, or a combination of any. Each mechanism is engineered to the same exacting standard: discrete, silent, and flawless.

The lock is yours. The silence is ours.

Step 03 of 06 Exterior Finish

A statement of
your aesthetic.

From deep lacquered blacks to hand-brushed metals, the exterior is a canvas. We can commission an exact colour to match your environment, any shade, mixed and matched precisely to your space.

Available in over 40 standard finishes, or commission your own.

Step 04 of 06 Interior Fabric

The lining defines
the experience.

Hand-laid velvet in a palette chosen by you. Every surface that touches your valuables is considered. The colour, the texture, the way the fabric holds the light when the door first opens.

Seven standard palettes, or match any reference colour.

Step 05 of 06 Interior Layout

Designed shelf
by shelf.

Watch winders, jewellery trays, document slots, gun mounts, custom drawers, exactly where you need them. We provide full 3D models before manufacturing begins, so you see every centimetre before it is built.

Full 3D model delivered for approval before production.

Step 06 of 06 Personal Embroidery

The door is
the signature.

We embroider a motif of your choosing. Quranic calligraphy, a family crest, a single letter, or a two-letter monogram designed exclusively for you. It is a canvas for what is yours alone. No motif is ever repeated.
